A Gift for God

Time For Truth

Let's take a day which traditionally meant to show people how much they are loved and include God in the package. Let's remind Him how much He is loved. I'm not asking you to do anything hard, just say a small prayer to let Him know how much you love Him.

Maybe you could pick up your Bible and read a couple of verses or a chapter. Maybe you could just ask Him to send something for you to do extra on His behalf. Or maybe just a quick I love you God would be sufficient for those who are really busy.

You know God lets us know every day that we are loved by Him. He provides all our needs through others and miracles which we take for granted. Miracles such as people showing up when you least expect them to help you get through a door when you have too much in your hands to open the door yourself etc.

I think God should always be reminded of how much we love Him. One day a year is nothing to ask on His behalf. Of course we can all feel unloved and telling each other we love is important as well. I'm not saying to stop doing that by any means.

But God has a pretty thankless job of providing to those who rarely say thank you. So on this day dedicated to love, let's tell God how much we love Him. This is only fair I think. So, "God I love you, and thank you for sending Your only begotten Son Yeshua (Jesus) into this cruel world. Thank you for loving me, and I love you also.

Now my love is not as great as God's, but I believe he receives my love anyway. Much like a child who brings a cake not quite round and a little flattened to his parents to tell them he loves them is accepted, so God accepts our love though imperfect.

So don't be afraid to tell God you love Him for always being there. I think He will appreciate it very much. Don't let fear keep you from telling Him you love Him. He wants to hear you say it, but more importantly, He wants you to show Him in various ways.

God bless you the reader. May God's love shine in your hearts to allow Him to lead your very lives. I hope this has helped someone in some small way. "God I love you very much."

Jesus Villalobos was born in Los Angeles ca. in May of 1959. He has always had a passion for writing since he could first write. He has written over a hundred songs, both lyrics and music. He has authored eight books including his first which it titled; "Three Days of Darkness and the Coming Flood"

His love of prophecy is evident in his writings which all have to do with Bible Prophecy. Even his fiction books are based on Bible prophecy. His study in Bible prophecy started at the tender age of eight. He is now fifty two and still clings to studying Prophecy on a regular basis.

Jesus is currently working on his ninth book. It will be titled; "Mysterious Phrases within Scripture"
